Many of your elementary math questions can be answered by your local representative, but if you need a little more help, this service is for you. Qualified Math·U·See users have been selected to help walk you through your specific math problem.
If you wish for specific math assistance about a particular lesson, begin by selecting which book you are using, or go directly to the live online help option.
For high school math, here are
your help options, all of which are free for Math·U·See users:
- Send an email to explaining the problem
you are having. If it concerns a specific problem in
the book, be sure to include the book title, lesson,
and problem number. Generally someone will get back to you within
one business day. This option should only be used for
questions with an answer that can easily be put in a
reply email.
- Call 717-548-0178 between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern time,
and someone will help you with a math question, or walk you
and/or your child through a problem in the book.
- Use our Live Help feature, generally available from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. The image below will
indicate whether we are online or not.
